You may use this platform for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
3. AI-Generated Content
Practice questions are generated by AI and are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for formal assessment. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use in any educational context.
4. Curriculum Content
Curriculum content is sourced from the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) and reproduced under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence. We make no claim of ownership over this content.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Free Tier Data Retention
Question lists, worksheets, and quizzes saved by free-tier users are retained for 7 days from the date of creation, or 7 days from the date the account transitions to the free tier (whichever is later), after which they may be permanently deleted. To retain your data indefinitely, please upgrade to a paid plan before the retention period expires.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform design, code, and non-ACARA content are the property of Oaklayton Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce or redistribute platform content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Oaklayton Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or reliance on AI-generated content.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
