Your information is used to operate and improve the platform, authenticate your account, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
Your account and saved content are stored securely in the ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) region. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to maintain your session and remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.
5. Third-Party Services
We use cloud infrastructure and AI services for question generation, which are subject to their own privacy policies. Curriculum content is sourced from ACARA under CC BY 4.0.
6. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the account menu. For other requests, contact us via the contact form.
7. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data and saved content is permanently removed within 30 days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
